    • Power Up Your Career in Low Voltage Technology

Are you a tech-savvy leader who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering high-impact solutions? Step into a role where your expertise in low voltage systems powers everything from security and fire safety to cutting-edge A/V and networking infrastructure.

As our Low Voltage Lead Technician, you won’t just install systems — you’ll lead projects, mentor teammates, and be the go-to expert on the ground. If you're ready to take ownership of your work and make a real difference, this is the opportunity for you.

    •What You’ll Do

+ Lead the installation and maintenance of low voltage systems: fire alarms, access control, A/V, telecom, and more.

+ Perform structured cabling, wire pulling, and terminations (CAT 5E/CAT 6, fiber).

+ Install and service access control systems — door contacts, mag locks, sensors, and more.

+ Set up and troubleshoot video surveillance systems (cameras, DVRs).

+ Collaborate with contractors and other trades on multi-system projects.

+ Travel to commercial sites across Fargo and surrounding areas — with all expenses covered.

    •What You Bring

+ 3+ years of hands-on experience with structured cabling, surveillance, access control, or nurse call systems.

+ 1+ year of experience with fire alarm system installation and service.

+ Strong leadership and communication skills — you’re confident working solo or leading a crew.

+ Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook).

    + A customer-first mindset and a professional, can-do attitude.

    •Bonus Points If You Have

+ A self-starter mentality — you take initiative and own your projects.

+ A hunger to learn new systems and tackle complex tech challenges.

+ Flexibility to travel regionally and occasionally out of state (with per diem and travel paid).

    •Why You’ll Love This Role

+ Exciting Projects: Work on diverse, high-tech installations that keep you learning and growing.

+ Leadership Opportunity: Be the lead on-site technician and a mentor to others.

+ Rewarding Work: Enjoy bonus opportunities and recognition for your expertise.

+ Supportive Culture: Join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and initiative.

    •️Work Environment

+ Field-based role in commercial properties — every day brings a new challenge.

+ Travel required within the region and occasionally out of state.
