Job Title: Cleaning Crew

Job Description

Join our dedicated cleaning crew team, responsible for maintaining a pristine production floor environment. The role involves working on a rotating schedule, with shifts from 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am. You will be engaged in vital cleaning tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and ensuring machines are clean and functional throughout the shift. This position requires teamwork, with many tasks involving heavy lifting as a group.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain cleanliness of the production floor and machines during shifts.

+ Perform sweeping and trash removal duties.

+ Engage in heavy lifting tasks, often requiring three-person teams.

+ Adhere to cleaning protocols specific to the production environment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in janitorial duties and general labor.

+ Ability to consistently lift 75 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Must be comfortable with a summer contract.

+ Interest in the job and commitment to attendance.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Holland, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.
