Job Title: MicroStation DrafterJob Description

We are seeking a skilled MicroStation Drafter to join our dynamic team. This role involves drafting and designing using MicroStation and AutoCAD software, with a focus on electrical engineering projects. Responsibilities

+ Set up electrical engineering projects using MicroStation.

+ Draft electrical designs including lighting, power, and technology/communications/low voltage systems.

+ Assist in troubleshooting issues in the model as projects progress to completion.

+ Collaborate closely with project engineers to produce accurate and efficient 2D/3D model electrical plans.

+ Adhere to specific drafting standards to produce neat, clean, and visually appealing drawings.

+ Maintain the highest level of client service based on trust and responsiveness.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 3 years of recent and relevant computer drafting experience using MicroStation V8i.

+ Experience with initial project setup in MicroStation.

+ Ability to draft electrical designs using MicroStation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience using MicroStation V8i, Connect Edition, or ORD.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, & Projectwise.

+ Transportation drafting experience is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment is within an Electrical Engineering Consulting firm, with projects spanning various sectors such as airports, healthcare, transportation, K-12 and higher education, and sports facilities/parks. The dress code is business casual. Must be eligible to work in the US. Our company culture is family-oriented, with fun events and trips, including past company outings to Mexico and cruises. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
