Job Title: Wire Harness Assembler
Job Description
The ideal candidate will handle both repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks involving electronic and mechanical cable assemblies and electrical sub-assemblies. Utilizing a computer tablet for instructions, drawings, sketches, and wiring diagrams, you will employ your expertise in cable/wire termination and crimping specifications, using hand tools, semi-automatic and manual wire crimpers, and various power tools. The role also involves periodically lifting up to 30 pounds and using a tape measure for precise measurements.
Responsibilities
+ Perform assembly operations on electronic and mechanical cable assemblies.
+ Utilize computer tablets for accessing instructions and diagrams.
+ Apply knowledge of cable/wire termination and crimping specifications.
+ Operate hand tools, wire crimpers, and various power tools.
+ Measure wire lengths accurately to 1/8 of an inch.
+ Lift up to 30 pounds periodically.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 6 months to 1 year of wire assembly experience.
+ 1 year of manufacturing experience.
+ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
+ Shift: 7am - 4pm
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
