    Job Title: Production Associate. 18+/2nd and 3rd Shift

    Job Description

    Perform various tasks on the production floor, ensuring all duties are completed safely and efficiently. Operate industrial sewing equipment and machinery to cut tarps to appropriate sizes. Set up and adjust machinery between production runs, and perform quality checks on finished products, including inspecting color, size, measurements, and defects. Oversee multiple production lines and maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and oversee multiple production lines as required.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

    Essential Skills

    + Production

    + General labor

    + Machine operation

    + Comfortable working on feet in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to read a tape measure and use hand and power tools

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

    + Ability to perform basic tasks on a computer.

    + Must be able to lift 50lbs.

    + Ability to complete basic shop math.

    + Ability to multi-task and work independently.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a non-climate-controlled facility with around 125 total employees. Safety is a priority, with monthly training sessions to ensure everyone is protected. Current openings are available on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wooster, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $19.25/hr.
