    JOB SUMMARY

    This position is responsible for managing multiple projects and providing support to both the Vice President, Donor Engagement and Experience and the President of the BSW Dallas Foundation. This position will lead important and high-visibility projects like the administrative and meeting planning efforts for the BSW Dallas Foundation Board of Directors and fundraising campaign support. Responsibilities also include managing project productivity, progress and completion and event logistics.

     

    This position requires significant teamwork and frequent contact with Foundation leadership, physicians and employees at all levels of the organization. It is a multifaceted role that requires the ability to analyze complex data and develop strong, strategic insights and plans to support effective and measurable Foundation goals.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE

    + Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget

    + Organize and plan project tasks and schedules

    + Support the administrative efforts for the BSW Dallas Foundation Board of Directors including board communications, compliance, governance and the planning and implementation of high-profile board meetings and roundtable events

    + Responsible for the execution of donor cultivation and stewardship events, as assigned.

    + Take the lead on short-term and long-term projects, as assigned and coordinate project-based work.

    + Act as a point of contact among donors, executives, employees and other external partners.

    + Proactively manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings and prepare executives for upcoming meetings and events.

    + Format information for internal and external communications (memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc.)

    + Work with the stewardship team to make weekly thank-you calls to annual donors and provide support for stewardship letters.

    + Update weekly call report for President and VP.

    + Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

    + Take notes during assigned meetings.

    + Answer phones, manage assigned email inboxes and distribute correspondence.

    + Must be a proficient project manager and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.

    + Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills

    + Demonstrated experience in project management, board governance, events and executive support.

    + Proven ability to implement new initiatives, measure and discern progress and adjust to maximize results.

    + Must be comfortable working within a demanding and complex corporate environment with access to highly confidential and proprietary information.

    + Strong work ethic, adaptability and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities.

    + Applies critical thinking, creativity and resourcefulness to projects.

    + Outstanding customer service skills and high expectations for quality.

    + Proactively builds and grows relationships, collaborates with team members, and gains alignment.

    + Curious learner, adaptable to evolving business needs and a changing environment.

    + Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.

    + Data analysis, interpretation, and visualization skills.

    + Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and apply strong attention to detail.

    + Experience working with donor database, Raiser’s Edge a plus

    + Experience working in Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint; experience working with Adobe Creative Suite.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    - EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification

    - EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Experience
