    DATTCO is hiring Diesel Mechanics throughout the Northeast.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and service inspections on a variety of vehicles

    + Perform diagnostic and repair work

    + Complete paperwork with regards to repair orders and parts usage

    + Perform road service calls as required

    + Follow established technical & administrative processes

    + Communicate effectively with supervisor, team members & customers

    + Remain current on technical & regulation requirements

    Position Requirements:

    + High school diploma, trade school or equivalent

    + Training or experience in the field of automotive, truck or bus repair

    + Driver-s license

    + Hold, or be eligible to, hold a CDL license

    + Hold, or be willing to work toward, ASE certifications

    + Physical strength and conditioning to perform all required tasks

    + Own and maintain the proper hand tools to perform job functions
