Job Description:
We are seeking to hire a skilled Operations Manager who can instruct, coach, and manage a staff as they perform various tasks. This Operations Manager will also oversee the activities and performance of your team by tracking customer service targets and facilitating ongoing training.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
+ Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
+ Monitor staff to ensure jobs are completed with proper paperwork and good customer service
+ Provide estimates for various installations and jobs
+ Communicate regularly with management
+ Maintain positive team morale
+ Perform general clerical duties (e.g., copying, faxing, filing)
+ Resolve customer issues when needed
+ Attend conference calls and update management on key processes
+ Coach staff and document performance improvements
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ Proven management experience required; plumbing experience is not necessary
+ Ability to successfully lead a team
+ Good analytical, written, and verbal skills
+ Proficient in MS Office
+ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
+ Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
+ Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude always
+ Attendance and punctuality are extremely important to lead the team by example
