    We're seeking a strategic and collaborative Account Manager with a passion for 360 content development to join our client's in-house creative studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand, strategy, and execution - and is experienced in delivering integrated campaigns across digital, in-store, social, and experiential channels.You'll be a key player in bringing the brand to life across all consumer touch points. From leading campaign briefs to managing workflow and ensuring creative consistency, your work will directly influence how our brand is experienced in culture, commerce and community. Responsibilities:

     

    Strategic Leadership

     

    Act as the strategic liaison between brand partners and the creative team, ensuring creative briefs are aligned to business objectives.

     

    Bring a deep understanding of customer behavior, brand strategy, and market dynamics to inform and guide creative direction.

     

    Ensure all creative work ladders up to brand strategy, campaign goals, and customer insights.

     

    Participate in creative development discussions to ensure ideas are rooted in strategy and optimized for channel performance.

     

    Integrated Campaign Management

     

    Oversee intake and workflow for cross-channel creative projects, including digital, social, in-store, and experiential.

     

    Partner with creative, design, and production teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and resourcing needs.

     

    Drive meeting agendas and ensure clear communication and alignment on goals, next steps, and responsibilities.

     

    Troubleshoot issues independently, identify efficiencies, and optimize workflows across teams.

     

    Client & Stakeholder Relations

     

    Serve as the main point of contact for internal brand and marketing partners.

     

    Build and maintain trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including creative, strategy, and media teams.

     

    Present campaign plans, creative concepts, and timelines clearly and persuasively to leadership and collaborators.

     

    Educate partners on creative processes, timelines, and the value of strategic storytelling

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

     

    5-8 years of account management or client services experience, preferably in an in-house or agency setting.

     

    Proven experience leading 360 marketing campaigns with an emphasis on in-store, digital, and social content.

     

    Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and timelines.

     

    Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Workfront, Asana).

     

    Strategic thinker with a creative mindset - able to bridge business needs with standout creative ideas.
