THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position you will perform a variety of clerical duties with empathy and a belief that great outcomes are possible. With our team, you will:
+ Greet visitors, take information, and screen and route telephone calls
+ Copying, filing, typing, faxing, shredding and laminating documents
+ Typing information into form letters, envelopes, labels, fax transmittals, and charts.
+ Open and sort incoming mail. Disperse incoming and outgoing mail appropriately.
+ Prepare letterhead, envelopes, and business cards.
+ Perform related work as required.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment
+ Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
+ Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
+ Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
+ Possession of the required knowledges, skills, and abilities.

+ This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
