Intelligent Data Experiences team is the hub for business-critical data and analytics, for the Identity & Network Access division. We are responsible for harnessing data to provide intelligent features in our product experiences, to provide customer reports based on data through UX and APIs, as well as to enable business-critical data-driven decisions.

Intelligent Data Experiences team is seeking a **Senior Software Engineer** to ork on AI Copilot features and help tackle some of our most complex problems. Responsibilities

+ Design and build scalable, secure, and compliant cloud services leveraging power of big data.

+ Contribute to the continual improvement of the data architecture, operational excellence, and live site experiences.

+ Define and execute data engineering roadmap

+ Conduct design and code reviews ensuring development best practice Direct research on potential technology solutions and implementations in support of new initiatives and opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

+ OR equivalent experience.

+ 4+ year(s) of industry experience building, designing, managing and delivering highly available, large-scale: cloud services **and/or** distributed systems / services on a cloud platform

Other Requirements

+ Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

+ Microsoft Cloud Background Check:This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

+ OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

+ OR equivalent experience.

+ Hands-on experience building high scale cloud solutions with one or more of the big data technology stacks: Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL, SQL, Kafka, ETL/ELT orchestration systems

+ Experience with data analysis, ML, Generative AI, Copilot, Agentic-AI

+ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

+ Highly self‐motivated, self‐directed, and attentive to detail

+ Strategic thinker, combined with strong ability to execute

+ Solid verbal and written communication

Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
