    Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000

    Position Overview:

    **Ultimate LLC** is immediately hiring an **Assistant Project Manager** in the Mt. Airy area. The assistant project manager is responsible for using communication and project management skills to assist his/her Project Manager with project coordination. They identify client needs and organize them into an actionable plan while also identifying budget requirements.

    Job Duties:

    + Attend pre-con meetings to ensure successful hand off from estimating to field

    + Manage submittal processes

    + Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns

    + When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects

    + Manage all jobs closeout procedures

    + Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement

    + Provide coaching/counseling to foreman and assistant project manager

    + Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry

    Job Requirements:

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and Outlook e-mail & calendar

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to work independently and in teams

    + Drug Test Required

    + Background Check Required

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

    + Experience in the commercial electrical construction field preferred

    Physical Requirements:

    + Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    + Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
