    What you´ll do

    + The Commercial Strategy Planning Manager for Fabric Softeners & Home Care is responsible for the development and management of our Fabric Finishers and Home Care Portfolio which include our Additives and Home Care brands.

    + As a Commercial Planning Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic trade plans, promotions, and in-store programs to drive sales and market share growth across various channels.

    + This role collaborates closely with the sales team, cross-functional teams, and customers to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy. In addition, you will contribute thought leadership in areas such as positioning promotional activities, launching new innovations, and partnering to launch merchandising programs.

    + Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop strategic, integrated trade plans (channel plans, promotions, in-store programs etc.) by partnering with sales teams that ties in with an overall brand strategy to drive profitable sales and market share growth

    + Managing monthly forecasting, distribution strategy, and other relevant go-to-market initiatives with cross-functional teams

    + Optimize annual promotional plans and find effective ways to reduce costs, improve margins, and drive topline growth

    + Develop scorecards, reporting & analytics to support brand growth strategies and share overviews with cross-functional leadership teams

    + Partners with Sales and Marketing in launch/product strategies, development, selling materials, and monitoring to achieve financial and brand objectives

    + Active participant in monthly S&OP process and provides high-level commentary into monthly forecast process based on monthly account demand calls

    What makes you a good fit

    + Minimum of 5 Years of CPG sales or marketing experience

    + Strong analytical & financial acumen

    + Positive can-do attitude -- collaborative, team-oriented approach -- diligent work ethic

    + Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex, matrix and fluid environment

    + Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, database information sources, and web applications

    + Successful track record of delivering key strategic business initiatives

    The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
