Your Key Responsibilities

+ Design and optimize quality analyses and test procedures, implementing test norms and calibrating equipment.

+ Ensure adherence to testing procedures and maintain testing accuracy and reliability throughout all stages.

+ Execute or oversee test sequences and series, ensuring comprehensive documentation.

+ Evaluate test results; identify non-conformances and determine corrective actions.

+ Collaborate with external labs, audit authorities, and stakeholders on test design and quality aspects.

+ Conduct a variety of quality analyses in metrology and chemical testing, including warranty part analysis.

+ Report failures and initiate appropriate corrective measures.

+ Perform calibrations, measurements, and ensure laboratory tools maintain functionality.

+ Develop advanced programs and ensuring accuracy for gauges and measuring equipment.

+ Support improvement projects to maintain and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

+ At least 3 years of direct or relevant experience in metrology and calibration labs; CMM knowledge preferred

+ Proficient in interpreting blueprints

+ Capable of multitasking and adhering to deadlines

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite

+ Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
