    Job description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Deals

    Director to lead the pursuit, development, and closure of high-value strategic

    opportunities. This role requires exceptional leadership, a strategic mindset,

    and the ability to craft winning value propositions that align with client

    needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track

    record in leading and closing complex deals, coupled with strong client

    engagement skills and a collaborative approach.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value,

    complex deals, from qualification to solutioning, proposal development,

    negotiation, and closure.

     

    - Drive pursuit strategies by navigating client

    power dynamics, developing compelling win themes, and aligning solutions with

    strategic priorities.

     

    - Leverage industry insights and company

    capabilities to craft client-specific winning strategies.

     

    - Collaborate with senior executives and

    stakeholders to secure alignment and approvals.

     

    - Ensure alignment of deals with company strategic

    goals and financial targets.

     

    - Work across organizational teams to maximize win

    ratios by showcasing the breadth of Capgemini-s capabilities.

     

    - Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal,

    and Industry Leads to design and deliver competitive offerings.

     

    - Infuse thought leadership into the sales

    process, introducing innovative business models, pricing strategies, and

    delivery solutions.

     

    - Establish and manage rigorous governance

    frameworks for deal qualification, approval, and performance tracking.

     

    - Maintain structured tracking of deal performance

    and ensure post-deal success metrics are achieved.

    Key Qualifications

    Experience

    - 10+ years of enterprise sales or strategic deal

    management experience within IT services or consulting.

     

    - Proven history of successfully closing large

    strategic deals across various industries and regions.

     

    - Expertise in leading and navigating complex

    sales cycles.

     

    Skills and Competencies

     

    - Strong business acumen with the ability to align

    client objectives with innovative solutions.

     

    - Exceptional communication and negotiation

    skills, including C-suite engagement.

     

    - Balance between strategic thinking and

    execution-oriented delivery.

     

    - Proficiency in creating client-centric proposals

    and articulating persuasive value propositions.

     

    Education and Certifications

     

    - Bachelor-s degree in business, technology, or a

    related field (MBA preferred).

     

    - Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g.,

    Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling, Challenger) are an advantage.
