    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs on injection molding machines.

    + Work with production equipment to maximize run times and insure machines produce quality product.

    + Communicate with others as necessary to keep them informed of maintenance issues and activities.

    + Perform work safely and ensure good housekeeping practices and procedures are followed.

     

    Starting pay: $21.00/hr

     

    2nd Shift Differential: $0.75/hr

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma/GED equivalent.

    + Technical experience and mechanical aptitude.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

    + Ability to remain calm in a stressful situation.

    + Willingness to be coached and trained.

    + Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
