    Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Analyst with our client in Minneapolis, MN.

    Responsibilities:

    + We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our Reporting and Analytics team within our PMO. This role will primarily focus on utilizing tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and the Power Platform to support data-driven decision-making.

    + Responsibilities include understanding data sources, conducting ad-hoc analysis, creating new reports, and supporting knowledge sharing for report development and maintenance.

    + Gather and analyze requirements to develop reporting solutions that enable easy access and usability for the business (experience with tools such as JIRA, OnePlan, etc. would be an added advantage).

    + Present various reporting options to the business based on data analysis (expertise in Power BI and Power Platform would be an added advantage).

    + Design appropriate data presentation formats tailored to different audiences.

    + Process multiple reports within defined turnaround times, ensuring high accuracy through quality checks.

    + Maintain and update existing templates, scripts, and databases as needed.

    + Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement automation capabilities/functionality.

    + Create and maintain standardized documentation for all processes and reports.

    + Transform complex datasets into intuitive, user-friendly reporting interfaces.

    + Respond to ad-hoc business requests related to processes, reporting, and automation.

    + Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure accurate data gathering, timely delivery, and successful execution of analysis and automation tasks.

    Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

    + Proven ability to work independently in accessing, processing, and interpreting information.

    + Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels.

    + Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Platform, JIRA, and OnePlan would be an added advantage.

    + Familiarity with project and portfolio management environments would be an added advantage.

     

    The base range for this contract position is $40-$65 per hour, depending on experience

     

    Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
