ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Contractor Program Security Officer (Master) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. The Program Security Officer provides special access security oversight for the Missile Defense Agency supporting 10,0000+ personnel at numerous geographically separated locations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Provide SAP security management and administration to multiple SAP elements.
+ Develop and implement security policies, practices, and procedures for various organizations and test events.
+ Lead security compliance oversight inspections to ensure adherence to national security guidelines.
+ Provide guidance and oversight to defense contractors and security specialists.
+ Oversee the Top-Secret Control Officer Account and conduct annual inventory.
+ Ensure facility physical security compliance and documentation of SAP facilities.
+ Conduct security education, training, and awareness for all SAP briefed personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Over 7 years of experience as a PSO with at least 5 cumulative years in acquisition SAPs.
+ The last SAP-related position must be within the last 9 months.
+ Strong writing ability is required.
+ MS/MA in a related field or a combination of lower-level education, formal training, and experience beyond the Master baseline.
+ Capable of providing team leadership for a wide variety of security-related tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Extensive expertise in personnel, industrial, physical, personnel, IT/IA, and information security principals as applied to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
+ Significant experience as the primary security officer for sensitive test plans.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Top Secret (within 6-year scope) with current SCI eligibility is a must.
Physical Requirements:
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
