    We are searching for the best talent for **Global Transportation BPT Co-Op** to be in **New Brunswick, NJ.**

     

    + The typical Co-op term is from July, 2025 to January, 2026

    + Full time requirement (40 hours per week)

    We invite you to join our **Global Transportation Business Process & Technology (BPT) team** as a Co-Op. In this dynamic role, you will deploy cutting-edge technology to enhance business processes and optimize supply chain efficiency, focusing on intelligent automation and digital transformation. This program provides a unique opportunity for hands-on experience, mentoring, and the development of essential skills in a supportive environment.

    You will be responsible for:

    As a BPT Co-Op, you will engage in a variety of exciting projects, including:

    + **Process Improvement:** Identify and analyze areas for improvement within global transportation operations, collaborating with team members to recommend and implement technological solutions.

    + **Data Analysis:** Gather and analyze transportation data to uncover trends and insights that drive decision-making. Create reports and presentations to effectively communicate your findings.

    + **Technology Implementation:** Play a key role in deploying innovative technology solutions and assist in the testing and validation of new applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.

    + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work alongside various stakeholders, including logistics, supply chain, and IT teams, to understand their needs and contribute to impactful cross-functional projects.

    + **Documentation & Support:** Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities and assist in the creation of training materials and user guides for new systems.

    + **Research Emerging Technologies:** Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in transportation management and analyze their potential impacts on our operations.

    + **Customer Experience Focus:** Invest in initiatives aimed at improving customer service levels in transportation, gathering feedback to inform process enhancements.

    + **Ad Hoc Support:** Assist with special projects and adapt to the evolving needs of the team as required.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    + Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required.

    + Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.

    + Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.

    + Minimum sophomore standing before the co-op start date, with a graduation date after the contract end date.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication abilities.

    + Basic understanding of business process management and familiarity with methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean).

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and reporting.

    + Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

    Preferred:

    + Previous internship or project experience in business analysis, operations, or IT roles is a plus.

    + Familiarity with automation tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).

    + A genuine interest in emerging technologies and how they can be applied to improve supply chain processes and enhance workforce productivity.

     

    The anticipated base pay for this position is between $22.00 **/hr** and $51.50 **/hr** , but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. **Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify.** This position is ineligible for severance.
