We are searching for the best talent for **R&D Quality Trending Analytics Co-Op** to be in **Raritan, NJ** or **Horsham, PA** .
+ The Co-op term is from September, 2025 to February, 2026
+ Full time requirement (40 hours per week)
Purpose:
In R&D Quality, we proactively protect patient safety and company assets via compliance excellence and oversight of Good Laboratory, Clinical, and Pharmacovigilance practices. We drive an innovative quality culture that allows our business partners to more rapidly and effectively develop and deliver healthcare solutions to patients.
You will be responsible for:
+ Engage in various aspects of data science and analytics, such as automating data pipelines, conducting aggregate analyses, developing advanced metrics, identifying trends through analytics, building interactive dashboards, and developing predictive models to drive informed decision-making.
+ Design and deploy automated analytics tools to improve data quality via automated QC checks, pinpoint recurring issues, and ensure analytics solutions align with business requirements to deliver measurable business value.
+ Establish and implement standardized statistical approaches for signal and trend detection, moving beyond traditional analyses such as Pareto, to deliver dynamic, near real-time insights using data that updates daily for timely decision-making.
+ Partner with RDQ teams as well as key business stakeholders to foster innovation by advancing analytics capabilities.
+ Facilitate the testing, deployment, and ongoing support of analytics tools and technologies by managing user requirements, addressing feedback, troubleshooting issues, participating in agile development, and providing training and communication to ensure successful adoption.
Qualifications / Requirements:
+ Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required.
+ Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
+ Be currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Preferred majors/minors are Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, Software Engineering / Development, Data Science, operation research or something equivalent.
+ Have a passion for a career in data analytics and/or technology.
+ Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as on a team.
+ Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
Preferred:
+ Demonstrated leadership/participation in campus programs and/or community service activities.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in at least one statistical programming language/software package (e.g., R, Python, Minitab, etc.), and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Spotfire, etc.) is preferred.
+ Previous quality analytics and data science related experiences.
The anticipated base pay for this position is between $22.00 **/hr** and $51.50 **/hr** , but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. **Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify.** This position is ineligible for severance.
