    Description

    The Breakfast Line Cook assists the Chef in all kitchen operations and assures kitchen cleanliness and meets all health department standards, working on the line and making sure that each menu item is prepared according to company standards.

     

    Other duties may include helping train kitchen staff, and making sure all orders are received and placed in storage using our guidelines, make sure all orders coming in are correct and mistakes are corrected according to our agreement with our vendors.

     

    Salary$18 to $22 per hour based on experience.

    Position Requirements

    + 1-3 years previous experience on a similar position

    + Professional communication skills are required

    + Ability to take direction

    + Ability to work in a team environment

    + Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

    + Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized

    + Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge

    + Must be available weekends and holidays
