    This advertisement is for a Career Service position located at Central Office in Tallahassee, Florida in the Office of Programs & Re-Entry.

     

    Salary: $53,560.00 Annually

     

    SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT PAY POLICY.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Review and evaluate administrative policies and procedures, identify potential problems, and recommend exciting solutions to improve operations.

    + Detect statewide operational issues in administrative and program policies, and tackle them head-on.

    + Investigate and analyze problems presented by administrators, then offer innovative recommendations to resolve them.

    + Provide expert guidance and support to administrators and their teams in managing and operating service programs.

    + Conduct on-site analysis of operational challenges, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop the best solutions, and ensure their successful implementation.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Must possess a high school diploma or it’s equivalent.

    + The person in this position should be a team player that is willing and able to coordinate with many people and groups.

    + The person in this position will need to have skills using the Microsoft suite and be comfortable using multiple computer programs.

    + This person will also need to have organizational skills and be able to keep track of multiple calendars.
