DESCRIPTION:Seeking highly qualified candidates for a full-time, tenure-track teaching position in our ELA department. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of the English curriculumand the developmental needs of adolescent students. The candidates will be expected to utilize a variety of instructional methods and culturally responsive practices to engage learners of all abilitylevels; to support and strengthen students’ reading, thinking and writing skills; to assess student progress on an ongoing basis; and to integrate instructional technology.
