Overview
As a key leader within Tiffany & Co.’s PR & Communications team, the Manager of Talent & Influencer Relations– Americas will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand’s influencer strategy across the region.
Based in New York City, this individual will be responsible for building and nurturing high-impact relationships with talent and cultural figures across the Americas—particularly in key luxury markets such as Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and other cities of strategic growth.
This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, cultural influence, and business impact. The ideal candidate will be highly connected in the worlds of fashion, entertainment, art, tech, and emerging creative communities—and will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor.
The Manager of Talent & Influencer Relations will be responsible for identifying and recruiting the right talent to serve as authentic ambassadors for Tiffany, driving engagement, sales conversion, and brand relevance with new and established audiences alike.
The Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the full contracting process with influencers and talent, working in close collaboration with Tiffany & Co.’s internal legal team. This includes drafting scopes of work, reviewing and negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with usage rights, deliverables, and payment structures.
The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, experience with talent contracts, and a solid understanding of legal and regulatory considerations in paid partnerships.
Equally critical, this role will also oversee the PR sample inventory and gifting management across the Americas, ensuring precise allocation, timely logistics, and data-driven ROI tracking of all PR product initiatives in the region. The Manager of Talent & Influencer Relations – Americas must be able to think strategically and work cross-functionally with the Global teams while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability.

Responsibilities
+ Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with high-impact people of influence, VIPs, and cultural tastemakers in key U.S. markets (NY, LA, Miami, Palo Alto, etc.)
+ Identify talent who authentically align with Tiffany’s brand values, heritage, and evolving identity
+ Lead influencer integration into key brand moments, and cultural events to enhance visibility and relevance in the Americas
+ Scout and champion emerging voices across design, architecture, art, technology, and culture to keep the brand at the forefront of trend and innovation
+ Act as a cultural connector, ensuring the brand’s presence and partnerships reflect diverse and meaningful cultural narratives
+ Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across influencer activations
+ Align influencer activations with product launches and commercial priorities to support direct and indirect sales objectives
+ Drive Sales & Client Conversion through strategic product placement on social and at events in the Americas
+ Support the recruitment and retention of high-value clients through talent-led experiences, private appointments, and VIP activations
+ Track and report on influencer-driven KPIs tied to conversion, engagement, and lead generation across markets
+ Partner with Client Development, Retail, and e-Commerce teams to integrate influencer impact into CRM and sales funnel strategies
+ Utilize data and performance insights to optimize talent partnerships for ROI and measurable business outcomes
+ Manage strategic gifting and seeding programs that result in aspirational, organic content with high resonance and purchase influence.
Requirements
+ Minimum 7+ years of experience in influencer relations, media, or talent partnerships within the luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or entertainment industries
+ Proven ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with talent, agents, and cultural figures across key U.S. markets
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret influencer performance data to drive sales, measure impact, and inform strategic decisions
+ Deep understanding of how influence translates to brand equity, consumer engagement, and long-term business growth
+ Experience in negotiating and managing influencer contracts, including usage rights and deliverables, in partnership with internal legal teams
+ Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work fluidly between creative, marketing, legal, and commercial teams
+ Highly attuned to cultural trends, emerging platforms, and the evolving digital landscape
+ Non-traditional work hours including nights and weekends when necessary
+ Ability to create a positive work environment and embody the LVMH values
+ Ability to manage and operate under tight deadlines · Some travel to key markets required.
The hiring range for this position ranges from $130,000 - $157,200. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
