Summary
Brivo is looking for an experienced and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to design and execute regional marketing strategies that fuel pipeline growth and elevate our brand presence across the West and Central Regions. You’ll collaborate closely with regional sales teams and partners to deliver targeted programs that support direct and partner-led sales efforts.
In this high-impact role, you’ll lead event planning, demand generation, partner enablement, and regional marketing communications—all while leveraging data to optimize performance. This is a US-based remote or hybrid position, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Field Marketing. Employees who live within 30 miles of a Brivo office are expected to work on-site two days per week. Responsibilities
+ Create and execute tailored regional marketing plans aligned with company and sales goals
+ Partner with sales to define target markets and develop localized campaigns that drive engagement and revenue
+ Lead planning and execution of regional events, trade shows, and demand gen initiatives
+ Gather and analyze market insights to refine messaging and identify growth opportunities
+ Measure the performance of marketing efforts using key data points and adjust tactics accordingly
+ Manage field marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with resellers, partners, and key stakeholders
+ Define and track regional KPIs, reporting campaign outcomes to sales and marketing leadership
+ Stay current with marketing tools, trends, and best practices to drive innovation
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
+ 3+ years of field marketing or regional marketing experience (global exposure is a plus)
+ Strong campaign execution and program management skills
+ Experience in enterprise technology and/or the security industry is a strong plus
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
+ Organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities
+ Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing/CRM platforms
+ Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting skills
+ Tech-savvy and curious—excited to test new tools and approaches
+ Willingness to travel for events and regional collaboration

The compensation package for this full-time position includes a base salary range of $95,000 - $110,000. Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (base salary and, where applicable, incentive or overtime pay), Brivonians enjoy a robust benefits and perks package tailored to their work location.
