We’re searching for a Skopje based Front-End Software Developer to join our R&D team, so that we can continue delivering innovative solutions that improve the safety and efficiency of healthcare operations. The Front-End Software Developer will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of our products to support RLDatix’s mission of creating safer, better healthcare for all.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

+ Develop clean, efficient, and scalable code using JavaScript , React, and jQuery to deliver product features that improve healthcare operations.

+ Collaborate with an Agile Scrum Squad to estimate, plan, and prioritize tasks in order to meet delivery goals.

+ Participate in system design, code reviews, and sprint ceremonies to ensure engineering excellence and consistent product quality.

+ Troubleshoot and debug issues in PHP and front-end codebases to maintain and enhance existing applications.

+ Ensure the application is production-ready by validating non-functional requirements like scalability, security, and performance.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

+ 2+ years of experience in software development, ideally in an Agile team within the healthcare or technology industry.

+ Proven success in delivering backend and frontend components, including React, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL-based systems.

+ In-depth knowledge of software architecture and frameworks including Symfony or Laminas, as well as working knowledge of Docker.

+ Ability to commute to Skopje office two days a week.

+ Sincere interest in building software that makes a meaningful impact on global healthcare delivery.

+ A knack for working collaboratively within fast-paced, cross-functional Agile development environments.
