Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of project or program management experience and be adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and programs.

•    Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of projects—from initial concept through final implementation and post-delivery support.

•    Interface and collaborate with stakeholders across technical teams, end users, client services, and vendors.

•    Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with organizational goals.

•    Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including work plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations.

•    Conduct regular project meetings, facilitate discussions, and ensure progress through effective project tracking and issue resolution.

•    Monitor adherence to quality standards, review project deliverables, and ensure projects meet business and technical requirements.

•    Manage vendor tasks and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual obligations.

•    Provide technical and analytical leadership to project teams, identifying risks and proposing data-driven solutions.

•    Take proactive steps to resolve issues, adjust plans as necessary, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Required Qualifications:

•    8 years of project/program management experience, preferably in IT or related fields.

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree).

•    Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholder expectations, and multiple simultaneous initiatives.

•    Strong skills in project management methodologies, tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar), and reporting.

•    Ability to analyze complex problems and lead teams toward effective solutions.

•    Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.

•    Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management frameworks.

•    Familiarity with vendor management and contract compliance.
