Clearance: Top-Secret (TS) Clearance
Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager SME with 10 years of professional experience to oversee and manage complex, mission-critical projects from concept through final implementation. The ideal candidate will serve as a single point of contact for assigned programs, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders and driving project success through expert-level knowledge, leadership, and analytical insight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all phases of project development and implementation, from initial concept to final delivery
• Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for assigned projects
• Interface with all project stakeholders including end users, IT, vendors, and client services teams
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals
• Develop comprehensive work plans, including schedules, resource allocation, cost estimates, and risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain documentation for progress tracking and analysis
• Ensure all projects adhere to organizational quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Oversee vendor engagement, integration tasks, and evaluation of vendor deliverables
• Provide technical and analytical expertise to guide the project team and resolve issues
• Continuously assess project performance and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience managing projects or programs in a relevant domain
• Associate degree in a related field. Note: Two (2) years of directly related field experience may be substituted for the education requirement
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project)
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical, effective solutions
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance
• Industry certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent
• Experience working in government, defense, or technology sectors
