    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am to 4pm

    Pay Rate: $36+/hr. DOE

    Position Type: Full Time

    Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Interface with procurement to ensure project materials have been ordered and establish lead time for the materials.

    + Track long lead items and their effect on project schedule.

    + Identify long lead items during design.

    + Create PO requests for material and services as needed.

    + Create receipts for received materials or services completed.

    + Maintain and file project documents related to PM scope of work.

    + Works with project team to identify, mitigate, or eliminate project safety risk.

    + Keep project schedules and database entries up to date.

    Requirements:

    + 1-3 years related PM experience.

    + Associate degree in related field or Project Management Certificate in lieu of experience.

    + Completed training in basic construction safety (OSHA 10 or equivalent in-house training).

    + Understands project lifecycle, phases, and roles/responsibilities within each phase.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Ability to learn and utilize customer specific construction management and planning software.

    + Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.

    + Ability to use MS Project utilizing and modifying MS Project templates, while retaining schedule logic.

    Physical Effort/Activities:

    May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
