Job Description

UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is offering 13-week travel contracts for RNs at The Homestead in Penn Yan NY

This is an internal contract directly through URMC Finger Lakes Health

$55-$65 hourly based on experienceHealth Insurance available at the first of the month, after 30 daysDay/Night and Weekend Rotations

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

License: Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Basic Coronary Care

Experience:

Two (2) years consecutive and recent LTC Experience. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling

Responsibility Summary

Provides quality nursing care for each resident in accordance with nursing standards of practice. Maintains collaborative relationships with other nursing staff members, physicians, and ancillary staff to provide this care. Maintains an appropriate level of knowledge and clinical expertise through continuing education/inservice programs and self-development activities.
