RN Supervisors Needed Full Time Evening 3:00 pm-11:00pm Part Time Night 11:00 pm-7:00 am Limited Part Time Weekends Only: 16 hours per week-32 hours bi-weekly.

$24,000 Hiring Bonus

Shift Differentials:

+ 5% Evening Shift Differential

+ 10% Weekend Evening Shift Differential

+ 15% Weekend Night Shift Differential

Position Requirements:

Education:

+ Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Professional Nursing

+ Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure:

+ Required: Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse Licensure (or limited permit; new graduates welcome)

Experience:

+ Required: 2 years LTC Experience.

+ Preferred: 1-year supervisor experience in a LTC setting

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing – LTC, and in alignment with established policies and procedures, you will oversee the operation of nursing units. You will provide clinical supervision to nursing staff and ensure high-quality care is consistently delivered to residents.

Salary:

+ Range: $40.84 - $46.26 per hour
