Job responsibilities:

+ Execute job tasks assigned in a timely manner within the scope of the project

+ Demolition, cleaning, rebuilding of job sites

+ Maintain a clean and safe working environment

+ Manage a labor force to execute the daily scope of work

+ Communicate daily progress reports and other paperwork

Requirements:

+ IICRC certification preferred, but not required

+ Experience in water mitigation

+ Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

+ Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

+ Participate in our on-call rotation work schedule

+ Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history

Compensation:

Company paid Medical Insurance is available and much more.

Your compensation will vary by your experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.

Base Pay Maximum: $26 per hour

Base Pay Minimum: $22 per hour
