    Robert Half is partnering with an-established boutique litigation firm in Miami who is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal with 4+ years experience to join growing team. Law firm is known for its collaborative culture, high-level legal work, and commitment to long-term career development. Law firm provides:

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Draft and manage pleadings, discovery demands, subpoenas for commercial litigation cases in State and Federal Courts

    + Oversee case discovery and document production

    + Handle document review, redactions, indexing, and trial exhibit preparation

    + Support deposition and trial preparation

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate

    + Minimum 4 years of litigation experience in Floria State and Federal Courts

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Florida E-Portal filing, PACER/NextGen/CM-ECF filing in District Courts and additional court related websites, such as Courtmap, CMS, and JAWS
