    Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

     

    Pay: $20/hr | Raise upon hire | Temp-to-Hire (90 days)

     

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven professional to support client onboarding and ongoing service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others, has strong patience, and excels in data entry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Heavy data entry across multiple systems

    + Respond to emails and calls with professionalism and empathy

    + Support clients through onboarding and service processes

    + Use Outlook and Excel daily to manage tasks and communication

    + Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 1+ year of customer service and data entry experience

    + Strong Outlook and Excel skills

    + High attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Patience and a passion for serving others

    + High school diploma or equivalent
