Whether you’re starting from scratch or already have your permit, we’ll equip you with the tools, training, and mentorship to become a professional CDL-A driver— **home daily, regional hauls, and full-time placement after graduation** .

What You’ll Do

+ Participate in classroom, closed-course, and over-the-road training

+ Gain hands-on experience in fueler, yard jockey, and driver trainee duties

+ Train on our actual fleet equipment under guidance of professional trainers

+ Learn best-in-class safety procedures and compliance protocols

+ Complete progressive benchmarks with real-time feedback and support

What You’ll Need

+ **Minimum age: 18**

+ **Valid NYS Driver’s License** and clean abstract

+ Ability to pass **DOT physical exam and drug screening**

+ Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety

+ Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push/pull 3,000 lbs rolling weight

+ Availability to work flexible shift
