Clinical Diet Technician I

**Work location:** Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231

**Work hours:** PRN – 8:00am-4:30pm; 1-2 weekends a month

Here’s What You Need

• HS Diploma Required

• 1 year of nutrition related work or education required.

What You Will Do

• Perform nutrition care services to age-appropriate patients under the supervision of an RD.

• Assist the RD with data collection and other activities to contribute to nutrition assessment of patients

• Follows proper safety and sanitation procedures

• Provides direct support to dietitians and food service in care of patient including meal selections and patient education, as appropriate
