Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Assembler, where you will play a key role in assembling high-quality products using tools and fixtures. You will be part of a dedicated assembly line with rotations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble parts per work instruction into high-quality products utilizing tools and fixtures.
+ Perform sub-assemblies using power tools.
+ Carry out hand assembly with small parts.
+ Utilize test equipment to ensure products are assembled correctly according to quality expectations and standards.
+ Visually inspect parts and products for defects such as scratches, dents, pinched wires, etc.
+ Utilize workstation computer to read schedules, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, scan parts into inventory software, etc.
+ Work with insulation in some assembly lines, with PPE provided.
Essential Skills
+ 6 months+ of assembly experience.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Ability to perform mechanical assembly.
+ Skill in reading blueprints.
+ Experience in quality inspection.
+ Packing and machine operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in warehouse, assembly, or general labor is advantageous.

Work Environment
The work environment is in a climate-controlled facility, ensuring comfort throughout your shift. You will work on the 1st shift, with staggered start times from 5:15am to 1:15pm or 5:30am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
