    Hours will be: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

     

    Friday through Sunday

     

    Shift differential: 10% for Weekend AM shift

    Job Responsibilities

    As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will:

    + Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes.

    + Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.

    + Collaborate with team members to successfully implement process improvements and achieve production goals.

    + Document production data accurately and in a timely manner.

    + Assist in the training and development of new team members to foster a collaborative work environment.

    + Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.

    + Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and product quality.

    Job Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    + High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.

    + Proven ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.

    + Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach.

    + Ability to strictly follow safety and quality protocols.

    + Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and documentation purposes.

    + Physical ability to perform tasks that may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
