Serenity Hospice provides caring and compassionate hospice care services to patients and families throughout New Jersey. Our mission is to alleviate pain and symptoms; foster a state of calmness and harmony; and encourage an appreciation of family, friends, and life experiences.

Serenity Hospice is looking to add a motivated and passionate Director of Business Development to generate new business, maintain and build new relationships as well as develop sales and marketing strategies to further our presence in the community.

Base Salary Range: 70,000 - 80,000 plus Bonus Structure!!

Responsibilities:

+ Forecast needs for business development in assigned territory.

+ Facilitate and maintain relationships with businesses including Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Hospitals.

+ With the Executive team, set and achieve goals for growth.

+ Visit referrals and staff to ensure top quality service is being met.

+ Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

+ Create effective and sustainable strategies for continued growth.

+ Attend Marketing Meetings as required.

+ Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

+ Must have at least two years of experience in Hospice, Hospital or Nursing Home development.

+ Must have at least two years of experience in Business Development and Sales.

+ Reliable transportation and willing to drive extensively within the assigned territory.

+ Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

+ Driven and motivated personality, looking for growth.
