    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines to manufacture precision parts and components based on engineering drawings and specifications.

    Responsibilities

    + Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, routings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.

    + 3+ years experience operating, setting up, and changing over CNC turning centers (preferably with 2+ axis Okuma experience).

    + Experience with G-Code programming at the machine.

    + Experience using GibbsCAM - preferred.

    + Experience operating machining centers.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a CNC Machinist role.

    + Strong technical aptitude with a basic understanding of mechanical equipment.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

    + Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
