Apartment Maintenance Technician – $20+/hr (DOE)
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an **Apartment Maintenance Technician** for a local company. This role offers **full-time (35-40 hours/week) or part-time** opportunities, with potential for **some on-call work** .
Responsibilities:
+ General apartment maintenance, including **appliance repairs, light bulb replacements, painting, and minor construction**
+ Grounds maintenance and upkeep
+ Basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
+ Boiler experience is a plus
Requirements:
+ **Valid driver’s license** and **reliable transportation**
+ Previous maintenance experience preferred
+ Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
+ Must be comfortable with occasional on-call responsibilities
Pay & Schedule:
+ $20+/hour, based on experience
+ Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours/week (part-time available)
