    We’re hiring a **Mechanical Engineer** to design innovative, user-friendly, and sustainable products. You’ll lead projects from quoting to prototyping, improve manufacturing processes, and evaluate feasibility, cost, and marketability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design and prototype new products and processes

    + Improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality

    + Lead customer quotes, design development, and feasibility studies

    + Manage material selection, purchase orders, and cost analysis

    + Solve product issues with creative, practical solutions

    + Work on 4–10 projects at once in a supportive, team-driven environment.
