Job Description:
Join our dynamic team of People Business Partners (PBPs) where you’ll have the unique opportunity to work across diverse areas of the business without being tied to a single leader or function. In this agile role, you'll focus on delivering key people projects. This will cover a range of projects including organizational change, core cyclical people processes, and support global projects and targeted problem solving. The role will provide consultancy support to managers/directors and regional/US expertise to embed global people initiatives.
This junior PBP role is a rare opportunity for someone with around 3 years of solid experience as a senior HR generalist or just starting their PBP career. If you're ready to grow and be developed, are energized by building relationships, and resourceful in navigating ambiguity while driving bold people priorities, this role is for you.

Minimum Qualifications - Is this you?
• Experience:3 years of solid experience as senior HR generalist, ideally within a large, private-sector organizations (technology, professional or financial services or other corporate environments).
• You've provided consultative advisory support to the manager or director level.
• Agility and influence: You thrive in grey zones, and have partnered with leaders, and are adapt to shifting priorities with ease.
• Project expertise: You have a track record of managing iniatives and projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relationship builder: You create trust quickly and maintain strong partnerships.
• Consultative mindset: You advise, guide and coach to achieve meaningful outcomes, knowing when to challenge and when to lean in.
• Problem-solving skills: You turn complex data into actionable insights and solutions that drive results.

Collaborate with Director-level PBPs, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and business leaders to deliver people-focused initiatives, including:
• Performance and talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, and resolving ad-hoc issues.
• Supporting global initiatives by promoting adoption and ensuring alignment with local and functional needs.
• Advising managers and directors on headcount management, engagement planning, and talent/succession planning.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with People Leadership and the broader People Team to ensure effective planning and delivery.
