Our client, a leading organization in the logistics industry, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong planning skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Shipping and Receiving Associate
**Location:** Rosedale, MD
**Pay Range:** $19.00 per hour
What's the Job?
+ Receive material and locate it in appropriate storage areas.
+ Assort material requirements to the production area efficiently.
+ Support the inventory control department with material cycle counts.
+ Prepare finished products for exit and manage shipping operations.
+ Participate in risk assessments and contribute to health and safety programs.
What's Needed?
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ One year of experience in inventory control is desirable.
+ Skills in planning and numerical operations.
+ Forklift handling experience is preferred.
+ Ability to communicate effectively in English.
