Description Licensed attorneys will be interested in this well-known firm's opportunity via Robert Half to join their team. Key responsibilities

- Correspond with clients and opposing counsel

- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

- Analyze and summarize legal documents Requirements - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed

- Excellent academic credentials and references

- Be detailed, flexible, and organized

- Licensed attorney

- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

- Adeptness in Commercial Transaction

- Experience with Purchase Agreements

- Deep understanding of corporate governance

- Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) experience

- Real estate law experience

- Foundational knowledge in Commercial Contracts
