    Hiring ASAP: Bot Wrangler

    Job Description

    Join our team to work with advanced robotic solutions in a high-tech warehouse environment. The Bot Wrangler plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of robotic systems designed for order selection and pallet processing.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with general housekeeping, cleaning, and supporting operations as needed.

    + Operate and manage the processing of pallets, including loading and offloading equipment.

    + Perform basic machine operations and button-pushing tasks with attention to detail.

    + Climb ladders and work in elevated areas up to 25 feet and occasionally in confined spaces.

    + Handle clean-ups and spills on deck surfaces and conduct basic cleaning and visual inspections of the Bots.

    + Utilize a manual pump cart for placing and removing bots from storage locations.

    + Maintain general housekeeping of the Bot lift and induction staging area.

    + Communicate effectively with managers and engineers to address and troubleshoot system issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with wrenches and power tools.

    + General labor skills, including repair, assembly, and mechanical tasks.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and analyze faults.

    + Effective communication skills and reliability.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in manufacturing, production, or construction.

    + Ability to work in confined spaces and manage physical demands, especially in summer heat.

    + LOTO training (provided).

    + Must have reliable references.

    Work Environment

     

    Work inside a Walmart Distribution Center, servicing automated packaging equipment. The role involves working in confined spaces tracking robots, with a physically demanding workload, especially during summer. The environment provides a potential temporary-to-permanent opportunity in the robotics industry. Safety training, including LOTO, is provided.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooksville, Florida.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
