Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans.

• Provide top-notch clinical care and ensure clinical excellence.

• Collaborate with the team to provide integrated care.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Regular communication with referring physicians.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Physical Therapist at Performance Optimal Health, you must meet the following requirements:

+ Hold a valid State PT license

+ Board Certification in Orthopedics or Sports Physical Therapy is a plus

+ 0-4 years of experience, although recent graduates are welcome to apply

+ Ability to work independently and on a team

+ Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

+ Strong communication skills and attention to detail

+ Ownership and accountability mindset.
