    WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking an Operations Research and Assessments Analyst to support United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM). This position will support USINDOPACOM and its mission partners with the organizational resources necessary to identify, analyze, and eliminate capability gaps so that USINDOPACOM can maintain a competitive edge and meet the U.S. National Defense Strategy (NDS) and National Military Strategy (NMS) objectives.

    Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Collaborates with senior military stakeholders to define complex operational and strategic problems, translating ambiguous objectives into structured analytical questions to support mission planning and execution.

    + Leads the collection, validation, and cleaning of multidomain data sets-from logistics pipelines to force deployment timelines-ensuring fidelity and consistency for robust analysis.

    + Develops and applies advanced modeling and simulation techniques to replicate real-world scenarios such as combat support operations, intra-theater airlift, and strategic distribution networks.

    + Conducts optimization studies leveraging linear programming, heuristics, and simulation-based techniques to improve sustainment flow, retrograde operations, and TPFDD execution under resource and time constraints

    + Performs in-depth statistical analysis to assess operational risk, forecast demand, quantify uncertainty, and evaluate alternative courses of action for theater-level logistics planning.

    + Delivers clear, actionable decision support to commanders and joint logisticians through dynamic dashboards, high-impact briefings, and well-documented analytical reports.

    + Provides strategic visibility and performance analysis of materiel across the global distribution system to optimize sustainment delivery from source of supply to designated GCC customers, including retrograde flows.

    + Maintains situational awareness and analytical oversight of intra-theater airlift operations, ensuring channel movements align with theater priorities and maximize available air mobility assets.

    + Works closely with the Air Mobility Division and supported components to assess and refine intra-theater airlift channels for efficiency, effectiveness, and operational responsiveness.

    + Coordinates extensively with USTRANSCOM, force providers, and combatant commanders to analyze, plan, and source time-phased force deployment data (TPFDD) in support of contingency and deliberate operations

    + Partners with CJTF logisticians to provide data-informed insights and analytics in support of major surge and surge-recovery operations, ensuring synchronized force projection and sustainment.

    + Continuously evaluates the end-to-end movement of personnel and equipment to identify opportunities for cost savings, reduced cycle times, and increased mission reliability.

    + Utilizes operations research methodologies to align logistics capabilities with operational objectives, ensuring resources are deployed effectively in high-tempo and contested environments.

    + Integrates simulation outputs with real-time operational data to inform wargaming, planning efforts, and operational rehearsals, enhancing decision-making under uncertainty.

    + Acts as a key enabler of joint operations by embedding analytical rigor into planning processes, facilitating adaptive logistics strategies across a complex Indo-Pacific theater.

     

    This position is contingent on contract modification and funding.

     

    Expected salary range: $90,000 - $115,000

    Work Environment:

    + Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).

    + Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

    Physical Demands:

    + While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

    + Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

    + Ability to drive a motor vehicle in environments including city, highway, and rural roads CONUS and OCONUS.

    Travel:

    + 21-49% / Regular travel.

    Requirements

    Basic Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree AND 4 years of relevant experience // OR // 8 years of relevant experience with no degree.

    + Current, active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

    + 4-10 years of experience in operations research and assessments.

    + Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.

    + Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

    + Professional proficiency in English is required.

    + Valid driver’s license (proof of which will be required after hire) and ability to qualify for and maintain company liability insurance through a clean driving record.

    + Must possess a valid unexpired U.S. Passport.

    + Professional proficiency in English is required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Master's Degree.

    + Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.

    + Direct experience within the INDOPACOM area of operations.

    + Experience on a O-7+ level staff, Combatant or Functional Command headquarters, Joint Force Headquarters, Service Component, or Major Command Headquarters.
