WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our team of professionals in support of the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) Virtual Education Environment (VEE) at United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). As a Microsoft 365 (M365) Administrator at WWC Global, you will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of our clients and providing strategic recommendations for technology solutions to improve their operations and meet their objectives. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the use of modern technologies to enhance and streamline business processes.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
+ Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for informed decision-making.
+ Design and document system use cases, workflows, and user stories based on business requirements.
+ Work closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
+ Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and present deliverables.
+ Create and deliver presentations and training to effectively communicate solutions and recommendations to clients.
+ Perform various Tier I-II support activities as needed, related to customer/stakeholder issues or requirements within the Virtual Education Environment (VEE).
+ Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate.
+ Familiarity with M365’s billing and permissions structure at the tenant level.
+ Manage and maintain users, groups, licenses, and security settings in Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory.
+ Monitor system performance, usage, and service health dashboards; respond to incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
+ Implement security and compliance policies including Multi-factor Authentication, Data Loss Prevention, Conditional Access, and Data Governance.
+ Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes, including provisioning/de-provisioning of M365 accounts and mailboxes.
+ Support data migrations, backups, and restores in Microsoft 365 applications.
+ Assist the organization with the transition of Learning Management System (LMS) functionality from third party software into M365.
+ Provide Tier II-III support for Microsoft 365-related issues.
+ Evaluate and implement new M365 features and services.
+ Ensure the environment aligns with industry best practices and company policies.
This position is expected to end on or about September 15, 2025, with a possible contract extension.
Work Environment:
+ Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
+ Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
+ While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
+ Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
+ 0-10% / Occasional travel.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
+ Associates Degree.
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. (Eligible to pass Federal security clearance process. Please visit the link for FAQs: https://www.dcsa.mil/mc/pv/mbi/gicp/).
+ Understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
+ CompTIA Security+ Certification (or acquired within 6 months of start date).
+ Strong comprehension with M365 tools and functionality.
+ Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
+ Professional proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelors Degree.
+ Current, active Secret security clearance.
+ Experience working with the Department of Defense.
