We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Specimen Processor** to join our client's dynamic team in Kennewick, WA! In this role, you will play a key part in specimen collection, processing, and data entry, all while adhering to strict protocols and regulations. **Pay Rate:** $17-$19/hr

Responsibilities:

+ Handle and process specimens for toxicology and medical laboratory testing.

+ Follow procedures to identify every patient specimen with a two-step ID process.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve sample or order errors according to established guidelines.

+ Communicate with other departments to resolve specimen issues.

+ Operate computer systems to enter patient data, track specimens, and retrieve test results.

+ Maintain documentation, including patient medical records and quality records, ensuring accuracy.

+ Assist in ordering laboratory supplies and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.

Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Must meet CLIA regulations to perform waived testing.

+ Laboratory experience.
